About the project

Three co-founders. One ambition: to create exceptional gastronomic events in Switzerland. The concept was clear from the start — intimate evenings bringing together carefully selected guests, local restaurateurs, and wine producers around one table. The challenge was never the vision. It was the first event.

Convincing people to attend something that doesn’t exist yet is the hardest sell in the events industry. No track record, no photos, no social proof. Just a promise.

We started by building the identity to immediately convey a premium positioning — because in a market where attention is won or lost in seconds, a vague first impression means an empty room. Then came the website, designed around a single goal: turning interest into bookings without friction, with an integrated ticketing system that removes every obstacle between curiosity and commitment.

But the real work was operational. For each edition, we managed the full cycle. Before: social content, ticketing, communication, and the key strategic decision to invite a wine producer as a guest anchor — instantly elevating the perceived value and giving people a reason to attend that goes beyond dinner. During: live coverage, stories, a photo shoot, and branded goodies that make guests feel part of something worth sharing. After: a follow-up newsletter, a photo album shared with attendees, and a feedback loop that builds each new edition on the learnings from the last.

The result is not just six successful events. It is a validated concept, a loyal community, and an operational model that can scale without having to reinvent everything each time.
